Grand Ballroom Salons A–J, the Foyer, and the San Ramon Room — every space at the SF Airport Marriott Waterfront, and what happens in each.

Every room is in the Grand Ballroom complex.
Registration, sessions, meals, and the Gala are all on one level around the Grand Ballroom foyer; the San Ramon Room (board meetings) is nearby. Registration Desk volunteers will point you to any salon.

Grand Ballroom Salon E
Saturday General Sessions — anthems, keynotes, the Communiqué, Constitution ratification and elections. Schoolroom seating, two screens.
Grand Ballroom Salons A–D
Friday Welcome Reception (Oldies Night) and the Saturday lunch buffet.
Grand Ballroom Foyer · Salons E & F
Saturday 6:00 PM red carpet & cocktail reception; the Registration Desk lives in the foyer all weekend.
Grand Ballroom Salon F
Gala Night — dinner, awards, Edwint live, dancing. Rounds of 10, dance floor, stage.
Salons G · H · I · J
Saturday 11 AM working groups — Health & Wellbeing (G), Culture & Language (H), Education (I), Economic Development (J). Rounds of 8.
San Ramon Room
Board of Directors meetings — Friday 5 PM and the Sunday closing meeting 7 PM. Board members only.
