Yes — add each adult (Standard or VIP) and each child (Kids Admission, ages 3–12) to a single Zeffy order and enter each attendee's name and dietary needs at checkout. Kids get meals throughout the convention, kids' activities, and Gala Dinner seating in the kids' section.
§ 03What if I need to cancel?
Tickets are non-refundable this close to the event but are transferable to another attendee — email info@itsekirinationalcongress.org with the new attendee's details before Friday, September 4.
Travel
1 question§ 04What airport should I fly into?
SFO (San Francisco International) is best — closest to the hotel with a free 24/7 shuttle. OAK (Oakland) and SJC (San Jose) are also viable but require 40–60 min by BART or rideshare. See /convention/travel for the full guide.
Hotel
1 question§ 06Is there a hotel room block?
The INC-USA group-rate block at the SF Airport Marriott Waterfront closed on August 13. Rooms may still be available at the hotel's standard rate — book directly with the hotel. Free 24/7 SFO shuttle, walking trails, and bay views.
Health & Safety
2 questions§ 08What if I'm unwell on the day?
If you are unwell within a few days of arrival, email info@itsekirinationalcongress.org. We will work with you on rescheduling and, where possible, issue a transferable credit.
§ 09Is there on-site medical support?
Hotel security and Marriott on-site medical protocols apply. Nearest 24-hour ER: Sutter Mills-Peninsula Medical Center, 1501 Trousdale Dr, Burlingame (7 minutes from the hotel). Pharmacies: Walgreens, 1160 Broadway and CVS, 1871 El Camino Real. In an emergency call 911.

§ 13Will the Gala menu be published in advance?
It is: a three-course plated dinner — salad, your choice of pan-seared chermoula chicken or pan-seared salmon, and chef's dessert. Saturday lunch is a buffet with vegetarian and gluten-free options. Full details on the schedule page.

Yes — Gala Night Only is $125 (Standard) or $175 (VIP seating near the stage). It covers Saturday evening: red carpet and cocktails, the plated dinner (chicken or salmon), the INC Awards, fundraising, cultural performances, and Edwint live. Daytime sessions are not included.
