How the Committee works
The Women's Committee is a committee under Article XV of the Constitution and Bylaws (Committees and Program Execution), established by the President with Board confirmation where required.
“Committee chairs are appointed by the President subject to Board confirmation where required. Committees operate under written charters and report quarterly.”
