The Itsekiri National Congress USA (INC-USA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit association of Itsekiri Regions in the United States. Founded in 2025 and organized into eight chartered Regions — NorCal, NY/NJ, Houston, Dallas DFW, Florida, Chicago, DMV, and Colorado — INC-USA exists to strengthen unity, build credible governance, and deliver measurable programs that uplift Itsekiris in the diaspora and strengthen Iwere Land. The first national pillar is Iwere Care, a telehealth program staffed by volunteer diaspora physicians serving Niger Delta communities; it has been in pilot since 2025 and expands at the Convention. Iwere Academy, scholarships, the Business Network, the Buy Itsekiri directory, and a Bereavement Fund round out current and in-design programs. The Second National Convention takes place September 3–6, 2026, at the San Francisco Airport Marriott Waterfront in Burlingame, California — Saturday's plenary covers the article-by-article ratification of the proposed Constitution and the open-ballot election of the next Executive Committee per Article 12.6 of the proposed Constitution.
