The Ìwẹrẹ Care registry. Planned. Public. Anonymized.
When Ìwẹrẹ Care has enough data to report, we plan to publish it here: visits, patients, sites and quality, aggregated without names or village-level identifiers. Today the program is a pilot at two health centres in Warri North, so there are no figures to show yet. Below is what we know now and what we will report.

figures to come
Two pilot centres. Two planned.
are planned, not open.
Six measures we will report.
No figures yet.
Anonymized by design
We will publish no names and no village-level identifiers. Ages will be grouped in bands. Conditions will be grouped by body system, not by individual diagnosis codes.
Updated on a schedule
We plan to refresh these figures from the patient record once the pilot's record system is in place. Until then, this page shows only facts about the program.
Checked before publishing
We plan to reconcile registry counts against clinical records before each update, so the public numbers match the care given.
Reviewed by the board
We plan to bring each registry update to the INC-USA board, and to look into anything unusual.
